Rebecca Dudley
Founder & Owner
Rebecca was born and raised in the United Kingdom, but has lived in Holland since 1999 and set up her company almost 20 years ago. Horses have been part of her life from day one. In the UK, she rode ponies competitively in eventing and showjumping, and since moving to Holland she has been involved predominantly with dressage horses.
Rebecca is not only an agent. Over the last ten years she has also become involved in breeding and is incredibly proud of the successes that have come from that journey. You can read more about this on our breeding and stallion pages.
She is a true horse girl through and through, and feels incredibly lucky to work in an industry that, while challenging at times, brings her so much enjoyment. Rebecca offers in-depth knowledge when it comes to choosing horses, is a complete bloodlines nerd, and loves introducing clients to the incredible quality of horses Holland has to offer.

Danique Ackermans
In-house photographer & eyes on the ground
Danique and Rebecca have worked together for almost 15 years and trust each other completely, through and through. Danique has in-depth knowledge of the Dutch Warmblood, having been born into a highly successful breeding family and raised among horses her entire life. She was also a successful rider herself before focusing on her career and family.
Danique is our in-house photographer and our ‘eyes on the ground’ for RD Horses. She has a sharp eye for detail, quickly spots quirks, and is able to assess a horse thoroughly, making her absolutely invaluable to what we do. She studied graphic design before moving into photography, which gives her a wonderfully creative approach to her work.
We love her passion, her unbelievably cheeky sense of humour, and her ability to work incredibly hard when it matters most. A genuine, knowledgeable, and all-round lovely horsewoman.
Aldert Otter
Sourcing & client rides
Aldert has only recently joined the team officially, but he has been a friend of RD Horses for a long time. Enormously funny, but thankfully also very focused, we are super excited to have him on board.
Sourcing horses is a huge part of what we do, and RD Horses is committed to doing that as well as possible. Aldert plays an important role in scouting the gems this wonderful country has to offer. He also joins Rebecca in accompanying clients around the country, always bringing his expertise and a smile.
A talented rider, Aldert has worked in the horse industry from a young age. As a former Van Olst young horse rider, he loves producing and educating young horses and giving them the very best start possible.
