Over 2 days we saw 20 plus horses and rode 16 – all horses were accurately described by their owners/breeders – they were all within budget – Rebecca sourced horses for us to view that we might otherwise have struggled to find (mostly small private breeders or owners). In the UK I would have struggled to see so many quality horses in such a short timescale so it made really good use of time/travel costs. We came home having had a really fun weekend and of the 16 I had ridden there was a short list of three serious contenders to consider.

One horse on the short list I asked for some more photos of feet/legs and this was provided within 24hours. I then made a decsion and Rebecca got on the case of xrays & vetting – my vet spoke with the (english speaking) dutch vet and both were happy with the horse. Six months on I have a lovely rising 5yo who I’m delighted with – very much what I set out to buy. Thank you Rebecca!!
