The whole trip was made exciting, straightforward, fun and honest from start to finish. Rebecca sent me some videos prior to the trip to give me an idea of the quality we would be viewing. We had two full days booked looking at horses and a sneaky little trip to jumping Amsterdam – which Rebecca kindly organized (Horse shopping + dressage = perfect!!) We even sat opposite Edward Gal with our Dutch pea and ham soup! Over the two days we saw over 30 horses all of which were of fantastic quality. I saw a great selection of horses from untouched hairy youngsters to ridden 5 year olds, breeders to big competition yards – all fantastic quality. When it came to making a decision I had plenty of choice! I chose a beautiful three- year -old stallion – Uphill x Gribaldi. He is my dream horse! Gerzo will be broken in the late summer this year and I am so excited about him!

A few weeks after returning to England I bought an unseen horse from Rebecca – and I am so glad I did. He is a 4 year old gelding – Valeron x Kennedy. I have never bought a horse unseen and I would never normally consider it, but after such a successful trip and meeting Rebecca I had no doubt in my mind that ‘Little Leo’ would be exactly as described. My dad and I had the most fantastic time and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If I ever need a new horse I would only ever go back to Rebecca – well worth the trip – the hard bit is coming home with one (or two!). Thank you RD Horses For Sale!!
